Seasonal menu

The Farm Yard uses seasonal vegetables that were harvested right out from our farm to prepare the dish for you. It may make the items on our menu limited depends on season and supply. Asparagus from Spring, Tomatoesfrom summer, and Potatoes and pumpkins from fall. Wait, don’t forget about the “winter cabbage” and the “winter aged vegetables”. Please enjoy our fresh, delicious, and rich vegetables of the season!

Spring Seasonal Menu

The main ingredient for our spring menu is the “burgundy" asparagus, grown and harvested straight from our farm. Its reddish-purple color is due to polyphenols (antioxidant) and is said to have a sweeter and more aromatic flavor than green asparagus. Season: April - June.

Summer Seasonal Menu

The main ingredient for our summer menu is the Sicilian rouge tomato, grown and harvested straight from our farm. With its sweet and pleasantly subtle tart taste, these tomatoes are delicious fresh. They also become rich and flavorsome when cooked. Season: June - September

Autumn Seasonal Menu

The main ingredient for our autumn menu is our savory harvested potatoes. As the most popular side dish, these potato wedges are made fresh from a variety of potatoes grown and harvested from our farm. Harvested in autumn and placed in cold storage, allowing you to enjoy this dish till spring. Season: September - March.

Farm Fries

The Farm Yard’s most popular side item! Made with several different brands of potatoes (Bareisho, Kitaakari, Inkanohitomi, etc…). Served regular or garlic chili spice.

Winter Seasonal Menu

The main ingredient for our winter-only menu is the large winter cabbage. Cabbage rolls, made from this winter cabbage, are served in our spicy soup, one of our popular dishes. This cabbage can also be enjoyed even until spring. Season: November - March.
